Our plant-extract pest and soil treatments — Plant Protect, Root Guard and Worm Stop — are formulated from ingredients on the U.S. EPA’s FIFRA Section 25(b) minimum-risk list. The EPA exempts products made only from these recognized low-risk active and inert ingredients from federal pesticide registration, provided every ingredient is permitted and the label makes no prohibited public-health claims.
In plain terms: the pest-control side of the range is built on botanical actives the EPA treats as minimum-risk, rather than on synthetic conventional pesticides.
Regarden products are plant-derived and designed for use in gardens where children and pets play. Used as directed on the label, there is no synthetic residue and no re-entry wait once a spray has dried. As with any garden product, keep containers sealed and out of reach, and let treated foliage dry before letting pets or children back into a sprayed area.
The range is formulated to fit a garden that depends on bees and other pollinators — and Bloom Boost is designed to attract them. As a simple best practice, avoid spraying any product directly onto bees or other active foragers, and treat flowering plants early or late in the day when pollinators are least active.
